It is a heavy duty commercial grade machine that will be loved by your members, kick busters, instructors, trainers and those that just want to have fun competing with their friends while getting a great workout. 3 Kick is designed with proprietary and resilient foam pads that can be punched, kicked, slapped, or tapped with shoes or bear feet, a fist, or an open palm. A light comes on in the pad and an audible tone sound, when the pad hit the light goes off and randomly another comes on. The score is based on speed and more points are allocated the faster you move, making it easy to track you daily progress.

The object of this fun, new, interactive game is to put the med ball into the hole with the light on, and retrieve it from the archway below, then quickly move it to the next hole with the light on. The player races the clock for the high score. Points are allocated based on speed and competition between players or with themselves makes this naturally fun! The med ball has the player picking up weight, moving it, back and forth, lifting it, and getting an aerobic work-out, while having fun!
