• Business Consultants
Our team of experienced business consultants and industry advisors work with you and your team to better acquaint you with that active gaming opportunity and answer your questions regarding how to best implement XRKade® into your existing business.

• Design Associates
Each XRKade® design is unique and custom created by our Technical Design team based on the specifications of your facility, space allocation requirements, budget allocation and your overall vision.  The XRKade® RFI form is the first step in gathering all information required to develop a design tailored for each specific location.

• Marketing Associates
Our team of design associates and marketing specialists work together in the development a dynamic marketing platform for the XRKade® brand.  Marketing packages and materials include: banners, posters, additional print materials, high-quality DVDs, and our exciting line of XRKade® Gear and accessories.

• Grant Writers
Our grant writing professionals, with experience in both grant writing and related legal matters, have been successful in acquiring hundreds of thousands of dollars for our clients.  Depending on your particular situation your organization may qualify for grant writing assistance.

• Project Managers
Each XRKade® project receives a dedicated project manager that will work with your on-site team to prepare the site for the finished product.  These services include: project planning, facility design, sourcing, logistics, finish work, installation, training, and many other intricate processes involved in implementing an active gaming solution.

• Service Managers
Our Service Managers work in collaboration with our Account Coordinators to provide the necessary service and support for our XRKade® customers in addressing all of their equipment and environment needs.  Our Service Managers assist in providing: onsite maintenance training, maintenance manuals and resources, technical problem solving, equipment repair, and parts replacement.

• Account Coordinators
Each XRKade® facility is provided with a dedicated Account Coordinator who is their direct line of support and communication with the XRKade  team.  They work with each facility to answer all questions pertaining to the operation of their XRKade® business and coordinates the proper iTECH Fitness resources in the resolution of technical service issues that may occur.

• Account Managers
Each XRKade® facility is provided with a dedicated Account Manager to assist in the ongoing development and delivery of the XRKade® programs.  Their responsibilities include: XRKade® program coaching and delivery, custom program development, management and operations assistance/training, and ongoing professional development of XRKade® management and staff.

• Master Instructors
Each XRKade® facility is provided with in depth onsite training to fully prepare your management and staff for the successful delivery of the XRKade® Xperience.

Each member of our Master Instructor team is hand-picked with minimum University credentials and 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Each member goes through a rigorous training program through our XRKade® University program.
