SUPPORT
We have a team approach to our partnership with each of our XRKade locations. Our focus is on the support of each facility, from products to marketing and the implementation of programs and services for increased retention and revenue. Our support goes far beyond the implementation of the XRKade as each facility receives a dedicated account manager as a part of our XRKade® 360° service program.
Our XRKade® 360° Service Program is led by a team of dedicated customer service professionals who are dedicated to providing quality customer service and support including proactive maintenance marketing tools, support tools and assistance in the resolution of technical issues that require second line support. This includes service calls, visits, and the implementation of a consistent equipment and environment care schedule.
In the event that a location experiences an issue that requires second line technical support our customer service representatives are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm MST to assist via phone or Live Chat.
XRKade® Program Support Services involves the work of a specially trained team of XRKade® Account Managers and Account Coordinators. The XRKade® Account Manager works with each XRKade® location in effectively implementing successful activities, challenges, contests and specialty programs targeted for their specific participants and members.
The overall goal of the XRKade® Support Team is to ensure that the XRKade® Xperience is fun, engaging and interactive for both the participants and the staff involved in the program delivery. We work hand-in-hand with each facility and offer our experience and expertise as valuable resources to ensure ultimate success.
